I felt in need of a great pilgrimage,
so I sat still for three days.
We have a universe inside of us, a innerverse really, that we explore with meditation. Rather than looking outside, we turn within and find that our own still presence is enough to inspire. There’s big beautiful peace there, punctuated by the sound and movement of breath. A last frontier, a quiet wilderness, the very seat of your soul. A pilgrimage to this place gives us what we might seek for years, and travel many miles to find: our wise and essential selves. And it‘s as close as your breath.
