I can drive, fly, or walk to you—or you can come to me—and we'll work together to weave strength, flexibility, and ease into your day.
We can also meet online, thanks to FaceTime and Skype. Here we can share a remote private session, where you can practice in your home or the location of your choice.
Yoga with a group offers an amazing opportunity to experience both a personal, and shared experience. Here we exchange energy, laughter, and physicality. Walk into class, and you've started on an adventure. Group sessions can happen at your home, your work place, the beach, or anywhere that is meaningful to you.
Whether it's onsite coaching, a special occasion with friends and family, or a workplace retreat, connecting through yoga or meditation at your destination event deepens mindfulness and inspiration. The options are limitless...let me know what you would like to create.

BUILDING A MEDITATION PRACTICE
Meditation gave me what a shelf of books, the council of wise friends, therapy and anti-depressants couldn't...perspective. I now understand that I am creating my inner environment, and what I create affects the way my life unfolds. If I'm unsettled or unhappy, my practice is there to remind me that, like the Good Witch told Dorothy in the Wizard of Oz,
"You had the power all along."
